Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized sinks
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Products that have been installed or used

How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sink arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
